Thrive Mental Health Care
Building Resilience and Empowerment Through Trauma-Informed Care for the Queer Community
My Services
Therapy
Professional support and treatment, from an evidence based practice lens, to help individuals manage emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges, promoting overall well-being and resilience. This begins with an assessment and a plan of care.
1:1 Coaching
A collaborative, goal-driven process focused on personal growth and development. This differs from mental health services by emphasizing skill-building and future-oriented support rather than diagnosing or treating mental health disorders.
12 Week Classes
Explore gender and identity, dismantle shame around sex and learn to embrace pleasure, work through deconstructing from conservative religion and religious trauma in one of my diverse 12-week courses, using lenses like Romancelandia and personal storytelling to deepen understanding and self-worth.

To provide a safe, compassionate, and inclusive space for 2SLGBTQ+ individuals to heal from trauma, build resilience, and embrace their authentic selves. Through culturally competent, trauma-informed care, I aim to empower clients to overcome challenges, foster mental well-being, and advocate for social justice and acceptance. I also have specialized experience working with individuals navigating religious trauma, spiritual abuse, and cult recovery, helping them reclaim their spiritual and personal autonomy.
Additionally, I work with those who feel unsure about what’s next, overwhelmed, or scared—particularly in the context of the current political climate and systemic injustices. Together, we can work through these fears, recognize your inner strength, and cultivate personal empowerment. My goal is to support you in building resilience, trusting yourself, and finding a path forward rooted in authenticity and hope.
